A nice little still life created by combining various types of seaweeds found along the coast at Kasitsna Bay. The three colors (redish/brown, yellow/green, dark green) cut across the frame on the diagonal to help create some movement for the eye, while the feather adds an accent to focus the attention of the viewer. Camera on a tripod with natural light. |

A very nice example of a portrait of Forget-me-nots. The diagonal stem leads the eye to the upper right quadrant of the frame. The out of focus flowers in the background add a nice repeting pattern. The camera was on a tripod with natural light. |
