Although I think that Joan did some really nice photos, I have to say that the dandelion photo is my favorite, good subject, nicely framed and a really tough one to do. She was practically laying in the tall wet grass, her camera only a few inches from the ground.

Her photo of the shell that looks like a creature with it's mouth ominously wide open is a good example of seeing things differently.
